Do you know the input of your engine? It should be 17-19mm, and the input of the 16n1 should be 17-19mm too!
15mm bing is a little too short, maybe your engine blows up, not enough gas!

Input have 16 but I say I have a 16 mm vergasser, my tuner say optilmal vergasser for this zylinder is 18-19 mm. When I drive 75 km/h, my U/min end, they as some as orginal serial simson

I have written something about exhausts and the Resonance length.
Its very important that you drive a suitable carburator, suitable to the inletport. The carburator and the inletport timing specifies number of revolutions of "maximum filling". The "maximum filling" means that the engine has loaded a maximum Volume of petrol-air-mixture. From this follows, that the engine can have the most power in this revolution. But only than exhaust supported this revolution. The problem is to be solved.
Experience says, an engine with 50-60ccm with a 16mm Vergaser supported after Tuning revolutuions betwenn 7500-9000rpm. Your exhaust should be adjusted to it.
The next Problem. To adjust the exhaust you must know the outletport timing.
Have you a short timing of outletport, the exhaust must be shortly as an engine with long timing of outletport, at same number of revolutions.
This promlem you can solved with an changable/adjustable cone.Next Problem is the gear. Its possible that you need a 16/17 teeth chain wheel. Is the engine build for low revolutions between 7500-8000 rpm (Carburator and Inletporti Timing) its necessarily in order to achieve higher speeds.
All in all much work.

haste wirklich alles richitg beim auspuff umbau gemacht??
oder ist villeicht der auspuff nicht richtig, das du eine rennauspuff brauchst?
zündzeitpunkt auch angepasst??

Ich Tippe auf zu kleiner Vergaser und nicht (richtig) umgebauten Luftfilter.
