Here you can get very powerful kits for a low price...
I can only guess but I think the factory carb settings don't apply to another climatic zone...

Interesting stuff and in really good prices, compared to e.g. RZT... I guess I'll be waiting for Santa to bring me one of these babies! 
As for the carburettor, it didn't do that before, just after cleaning and repairing it, but the performance was even worse (without coughing, though), before the repair and new calibration...
