Knieblech Star und Spatz gleich?

nein.

Vom Spatz das ist sehr leicht an der Aussparung für den Auspuff zu erkennen. Im Allgemeinen ist es auch anders geformt:

Und das vom Star kommt dem der S50/S51 recht nahe. Wird halt anders befestigt. Guck einfach mal hier rein:
