    I`m actually thinking of creating another cylinder, probably 60/4 or 50/4 with higher port durations like : Exhaust : 214 Degrees, Transfer : 138 Degrees, Intake : 200 Degrees. I want to get really high RPM - Something like 12000 and up. Do you think these port durations could get me up to these RPM?

    Well, I will do it for sure, it makes sense. Although, won`t there be more ring wear in that case? Also, I forgot the exact numbers, but I think the timing was like : 190 degrees exhaust, transfers - 132 degrees. Do you think it`s suitable for a 70cc cylinder?

    I haven`t modified my air filter and before I made the changes the spark plug had a perfect colour (brown). I haven`t driven it a lot after the modification on the cylinder so I cannot tell. I am not near my bike all week ( just 2 days ) weekdays I`m in another place so I cannot try making changes now. I`ll buy a bigger jet it`s not expensive and a new air filter (or maybe modify mine if i find tutorial).
    And about the colours of the spark plug I know how it should be and how to read by the plug and set up the carburetor. I talked to a guy from my country which made his cylinder 60 cc + 4 kanal and uses 21 mm Dellorto carburetor. That`s why I asked about the carb.

    I am from Bulgaria , everything works well but the problem is that the carburetor can`t get enough petrol in the engine(At top RPM). I guess I`ll try buying the biggest jet and hope for the best. And by the way I couldn`t read anything from that site because google translator is not good at all so I did it by the pictures , but with some things slightly different . I made my 2 extra kanals the way most of the cylinders are done but I kept it at the same level as the original kanals , because the piston won`t go lower than the exhaust if I am right, so it won`t get any extra fuel if the kanals aren`t higher then BDC( Botto dead centre). Also I didn`t modify my crankcase as in the pictures.

    PS: What carburetor do they use in the tutorial ? I can`t understand the text but I think it`s from MZ125.

    Is the upper part of the picture the canals ? Because I really can`t understand much even tho I worked on my bike before , and I owned another 2 stroker which I disassembled but still can`t understand which is which on the pictures .

    I am keeping my current Simson bike and getting another one to modify it`s engine. The tuning will be only performance , I don`t like visual tuning too. And I saw this tutorial http://www.scribd.com/doc/64106244/E…t-2-Stroke-Calc but I don`t understand so I`m helpless. What tools do you use to make the cylinder from 2 canal to 4 canal ? And are there any more pictures while somebody is working on it so I can see what exactly should I be doing ?

    Needs a repaint and some other minor stuff but in general it`s an awesome bike :)

    Hello guys, I`m from Bulgaria and I don`t know German , and Google translator isn`t good. I was hoping if there is someone that could help me with some enigne tuning on a Simson s51 enduro. I don`t mean kits or things , I am thinking about little improvements like lightening the flywheel , making the combustion chamber smaller to get higher compression . These are my ideas by now. I was wondering if you could give me any other tips about tuning my Enduro
