Was ich bis jetzt herausgefunden habe: 2takt 1Zylinder 49ccm (Ok ist klar!!)
1,8Ps und 40km/h bei nem Verbrauch von 2,1l/100km

Sieht aus wie ne Kopie vom Sperber Zyli!

It's copi? of jawa motor of 196x year.

Parametrs is right.
exhaust- 138 degrees
transfer- 89 degrees

Why you think that it's wrong?

For an Tuningmotor you need more timeings...

For Example:
Inlet: 160°
Transfer: 120°
Exhaust: 180°

Yes, with your timings you cant get much more power!
Just change the timings for higher upm and HP, after that you can calculate a exhaust wich will make your tuning complete.

input - 140
exhaust - 155
transfer - 121
it's not a problem.
Can you calculate exhaust pipe with this parametrs?

I would say, that you just can use the Simson Exhaust with a ~ 30cm "Krümmer" for this timings.
That would give you a smooth powered engine. It will be easy to drive and will get 60-65 km/h.

"Druck" Taste drücken, in paint einfügen und abspeichern.

Ich kann da nix machen hab doch auch keine Ahnung um nährungsweise was machen zu können brauch ich alle Motordaten... von Ansaugweg bis Pleullänge^^
