At first: Malitu, not Malito :wink:.
Malitu didn't have his Scooter anymore, i believe he sold it! But he had an SVI75-enigne from RZT-Power and an "LT-Leo". SVI is an engine from RZT. RZT = Reinhold Zweitakt Tuning. LT-Leo is an exhaust from LT. LT = Langtuning. One of the best tuners for Simson here in germany. RZT isn't liked so much in germany. -
that is not completely correct, rzt is much liked here in germany but only by beginners, it it also true that you can use the svi cylinder as a good tuning basis.

But Hausi do not forget! The SVI 75 from Malitu was not original from RZT. The RZT Zylinder was tuned from Langtuning!

I know RZT ,TKM racing and langtuning but its very expensive, in poland 4 kanal zylinder mit sport kolben costed 300 zł / 75 Euro, I don't wait when I montage it, I have a small problem, I have BING 17 vergasser, his diameter is 15 mm, if it good work ???? I attempt speak Deutsch , when I buy deutsch trnaslator

You have to look wich size has the kanal in german called "flansch" where the vergaser goes through! if it is 15mm (i dont think it is so) then you can use your bing! if it is bigger you have to use a bigger vergaser you can take a BVF with 16mm and make it bigger or you can use an arreche vergaser called Amal.

You should montage a BVF carburator.... It should work better than the Bing! But how tommi said,..... gage the dimension of the flange and tell us the dimension..... As clue you can use the following dimensions: Dimension of the flange is about 2mm bigger than the carburator's dimension... I think it is about 19mm.....

I'm from Strzyżowice near Katowice in south upstate of Poland. In zylinder einlass it standart 16 mm, on vergaser describe BING 17, In poland vergaser BVF 16N3-2 and 16N3-3 from TAIWAN costed 28 Euro. I attempt question what a motor have MASH in simson scooter in the movie. He drive on 2 gang quickly I drive on 4 gang
. I have a normal 60 ccm zylinder. Man which tuning simson in Poland say that polish 60 ccm zylinder have worse location of kanal than Deutsch 50 ccm. Polisch 60 ccm have corner (steurwinkel ?
) on small RPM, on big RPM polisch 60 ccm haven"t power

When the Zylinder has a 16mm Einlass you can take the Bing!
Some User find the Bing better as a BVF......

The DA Zylinder are very good und the Auspuffe are very beliebt....Boah alter wenn man ewig lange kein englisch mehr hatte,zusätzlich bei 28° mit KAter am Pc sitz fallen einen sämtliche Vokabeln und grammatische dinge aus dem Kopf! :mrgreen:

That guy is even able to countersink an 6 port cylinder with a bridged exhaust port. Unfortunaly with some small technical failure.
I watched some of these pics in his gallery. At first i was a bit impressed, this guy is pretty smart but sadly it looks like he uses inappropriate tools. It seems he works not very precisely or he just uses villainous tools. What also catched my eye is the fact that the cylinder capacity seems to be limited to 70cc.?! -

In Dienstag all clear, I think all OK. This man tuned yamaha YZ 85 16000 obr/min. Zylinder for simson is old, only modification and shlif, maybe on this picture is not complete modification, when I get a zylinder I take o photo and send on this forum and when I (in poland "dotrzeć", 500 km drive) I send video with my simson in action

The cylinder from http://www.phyton.kg.net.pl/PICT2416_zm ... zmiaru.JPG is not usabel. The distance between intakeport and the two new ports is to small. The pistonring be demaged. Between the ports you must have a distance from 3mm.
