Ive recently purchased a Simson s51c
I’m thinking of putting an 85 2 channel kit on like I’ve seen on querlys 11.5hp would be good for me so what parts do I need?
Do I need a different ignition? Carb? And what exhaust?

Depends on which cylinder you want to build your engine.
You'll need a modified engine case wided to 54mm to fit the cylinders socket.
You can choose between a lot of cylinders, but I suggest you to buy one from ZT oder LT, for example

https://langtuning.de/Shop2/Big-Bore…el-verschweisstYou don't need a new ignition, but I suggest you to upgrade to a VAPE ignition, which offers more light and works up to 16k RPM.
The carb ZT suggests is their 21mm carburator and langtuning suggest their 21mm carburator, but I think both are pretty much the same and of course, when you change the carburator you'll need to modify the airfilter.
Theres no "best" exhaust, you could just drive with your stock exhaust and modify it to AOA2, but a resonance exhaust would offer more power than a stock one. -

I almost forgot that of course you need to reinforce the clutch, either with a stronger spring or with a 5 plate clutch for example.
