wenn du nicht grad ein Überteures hast nützen die dinger dir meistens gar nichts!
und so ne Wörter wie Endtüte,Endkegel,Seriendämpfer werden meistens eh nicht überstetzt...aber egal genug OT!

I have this picture and plenty of this type picture und exel documnets but I dont understand what must cut behind blau und rot line, I cut in orginal auspuff Schranke in Kegel and schweissen Loch in kegel. Mein zylinder ist von tuners from poland.

Phyton: Please ask at first ur local tuner which exhaust u have to use at his zylinder!
It is always difficult to use parts from different prodcers.
Every tuner has in mind what he wanted to realize with his zylinder and this can be very different - also the used parts will be different, too!by the way: Are there some bigger simson-meetings in poland? I think you can better read and understand whats written at the polisch (? is this o.k.?) websites.

Englisch Umbauanleitung:
This documentation is only for original Simson exhausts and equal spare parts from MZA. Condition for use, is the building ore purchase of a changable cone like this:

1. Cut the exhaust along the red line in picture 1. Attention: Dont cut the pipe comletly. Cut only the covering of exhaust.
2. Remove the original conus from the exhaust. Impact in addition with a long steel-pipe from the inside of pipe on the cone.
3. Manufacture a new Flanging (equal as original) whit a small hammer. Put the exhaust in addition on a suitable knew.
4. Push the new changable cone into the exhaust. The cone should have a threaded rod (blue line in picture 2). This threaded rod specifies the position of the cone within the exhaust. The distance from Piston along the completely exhaust to the changable cone is called "Resonance length". This length specifies number of revolutions in that the engine has highest power.
5. Remove the original muffler from the exhaust and increase the inside diameter of the original last pipe in the exhaust to 16mm.
6. Remove from the cuted exhaust part the sheet metal ring that holds together the two exhaust parts. You must cut the original cone and the remainder of exhaust covering (for instance cut along blue line in picture 1). Use this ring further in the converted exhaust.
7. Complete the exhaust and specifies with the help of test runs the optimally "Resonance length" for your engine setup.
